From downtown Cincinnati take I-75 North to Exit 22, Tylersville Rd.    Go left (West) onto Tylersville Rd.
Crossing through Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. at the 5th light;  go another 0.9 miles to 6329 Tylersville Rd.  
Lord of life is located at the first driveway on the left past Kennesaw Dr.
